Using both Grande Champagne and Borderies eaux-de-vie, the blend is aged using athree-fold process: First the cognacs are aged in virgin limousin barrels, thentransferred mature casks. To finish the process they are moved to ancient vatsto produce an incredibly smooth, intense aromas and flavors.
